Remote Athletic Development
& Personal Training:
$150/month(4wks)
Give your workouts purpose and vision by allowing our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (me) to create and help facilitate periodized fitness programming to suit your goals. Allow a decade of experience and years of formal education to guide your fitness regimen so you can get the most out of your time and effort. Work out where you want, and with whatever equipment you have available to you and we will track your progress together through the specialized training software, Train Heroic.
The Deluxe Pack:
$200/month(4wks)
The Prime Pack includes a periodized training regimen customized to your specific goals administrated virtually by our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (me) which will include form checks by video and tracking progress on qualified personal training software Train Heroic. The Deluxe Pack also includes personal nutrition coaching by a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach who has a Master’s degree in in Nutrition Science (me) which involves tracking food intake through a detailed app, Cronometer, that will provide the information required to determine the quality of your diet and ensure that you are getting the fuel you need to achieve your athletic and general health goals.

Nutrition Coaching Only:
$150/month(4wks)
Perhaps you are happy with your current programming but want a little help on the diet side of things. Our credentialed Certified Sports Nutrition Coaches & MS Nutrition Science (me) are here to give you that edge. Facilitated by the app Cronometer, food tracking is more convenient and detailed than ever. This will provide information that we will use to ensure you are fueling your body as needed to achieve your athletic and general health goals.
